After 7 days, your resume remains saved in your account, but you won't be able to edit it until you extend your access. You can renew for just 10 SAR per week. Unlimited plan users never face this limitation - their access never expires.

Yes! Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers (Stream Payments). We do not store your credit card details.

Yes, we offer refunds within 24 hours of purchase if you haven't downloaded your resume PDF. Please check our Refund Policy for full details.

The Dashboard is your personal resume management center. From there, you can: view all your saved resumes in one place, create new resumes by selecting a template and language, edit existing resumes with a single click, track your access expiry (days remaining), renew your access when it expires, delete resumes you no longer need, and sign out of your account. It's designed to make managing multiple resumes simple and efficient.

Your resume is automatically saved to the cloud as you type. Once you've made a payment and logged in, all your changes are synced in real-time. You can access your saved resumes anytime from the Dashboard.

Yes! You can create and manage multiple resumes from your Dashboard. Each resume can use a different template and be in either English or Arabic (depending on your plan).

Simply go to your Dashboard, find the resume you want to edit, and click the 'Edit' button. You'll be taken directly to the builder with all your content loaded and ready to modify.

Yes! You can switch templates at any time from the builder page. Your content will be automatically transferred to the new template design. Just use the template dropdown in the builder header.
